As Line Coach for the Singapore and Manila Securities Feature Teams Matt is responsible for 100+ staff within region who belong to 14 cross functional and multi-skilled Feature Teams. The teams are working on the Core Processing Securities platform serving many Business Units and are a key part of a strong global delivery team. Matt is responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing the staff with strong focus on continuous-self improvement; cutting edge software development techniques and the elimination of ‘waste’. Prior to his current role Matt was Business Technologist responsible for the Institutional FI and EQ Trade, Position & Settlement applications based in the European Technology Centre in Glasgow, UK. He has many years of software development experience predominantly in finance but also in computer communications, computer telephony integration and high speed telecommunications networks
