Kulawat Wongsaroj is an Agile coach and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of unique industry experiences including enterprise Agile transition, running tech start-up and Big 5 consulting. In addition, Kulawat is a major contributor in Thailand's Agile community leading the effort of pushing Agile adoption in the country.

Kulawat has been helping various enterprises such as DTAC, True Money, Thomson Reuters (Thailand) and DST Worldwide Services (Thailand) in adopting Agile through training, coaching and consulting. Previously, Kulawat software development, project management, and consulting for various enterprises with BearingPoints (KPMG Consulting) , Motif (currently MFEC) and Siemens PLM serving clients such as DTAC, Hutchison, Telstar, Telecom New Zealand and etc.

Kulawat had hands-on business and product development experience while he was the CEO of Proteus Agility, a tech startup which offering Agile Tool Software-as-a-Service to global clients.This opportunity had helped Kulawat to master modern product development concept such as Lean Startup, Lean UX, and Lean Analytics.

Kulawat is the co-founder of Agile66, the largest Agile community in Thailand and also the lead translator of Agile Alliance's Agile Manifesto Translation project for Thai language. He was the major contributor in key Agile tech conferences in Thailand such as Agile Thailand and Agile Tour Bangkok. He regularly preaches about Agile in Thailand tech gathering and conducts Agile training for Thai software companies and communities.
